How do I delete my account?▾

Go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data.

How do I report inappropriate content?▾

Email us at support@poopster.app with a description of the content and the bathroom name/location. We review all reports promptly.

How are points and rewards calculated?▾

You earn points equal to the total score of each review you submit, plus bonus XP for adding photos. Redeem points in the Poopster Store.

How do I request a business listing removal?▾

Contact us at support@poopster.app with your business name and address and we will review your request within 3 business days.
