All reviews, ratings, photos, and content on Poopster are submitted by independent users and do not reflect the views or opinions of Poopster or its creators.
Neither the creator nor the owner of this app shall be held liable for any user-submitted content that may be detrimental to any business, establishment, or individual. Ratings are user opinions only and are not a direct reflection of any business quality, character, or standing.
Poopster expressly disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted content.
5. Courtesy Policy
When using restroom facilities at a private business (restaurant, hotel, retail store, etc.), Poopster strongly encourages users to support that business by making a purchase. The use of a business's facilities without patronage is at the user's own discretion and risk.
6. Intellectual Property
The Poopster name, logo, and app design are the intellectual property of the creator. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
